Pricing

Priced around your business, not a package.

Every business needs something different from its finance function, so we don't sell fixed bundles. You get one fixed monthly fee, built from what you actually need and agreed with you before we start.

How we price

Four things shape your fee.

Size and complexity

Your turnover, the number of transactions going through the books, and how many companies or bank accounts we look after.

The services you choose

From bookkeeping and VAT through to management accounts, credit control and cashflow forecasting. You only pay for what you use.

Volumes and frequency

How many people are on payroll and how often they're paid, plus how often we run supplier payments and reporting.

Strategic support

How much CFO time you want for planning, board reporting, funding conversations and growth meetings.

Compared with in-house

What the same work costs with your own team.

To cover the same services yourself, a £2m business would typically need a bookkeeper, a management accountant and some senior finance support.

Part-qualified management accountantFull time£37,000
Finance director support1 day a month at £800 a day£9,600

About£7,429 a month

Before recruitment fees, software, training, desk space, and cover for holidays, sickness and staff leaving.

All six services in the example above, run by an experienced team.

£14,400+ VAT a year

£1,200 + VAT a month

  • No recruitment or HR
  • No gaps when someone is off
  • VAT on our fee is usually reclaimable if you're VAT registered

How we worked this out: salaries are UK averages from Reed (bookkeeper) and the Robert Half Salary Guide (part-qualified management accountant, mid-range). The finance director day rate sits within the £600–£1,100 range in FD Capital's 2026 guide. Employer National Insurance uses the 2026/27 rate of 15% above £5,000 a year, assuming your Employment Allowance is already used by your other staff. Pension is the 3% employer minimum on the 2026/27 qualifying earnings band of £6,240–£50,270. Your own costs will vary with location and experience.
